I am Christine. I’m a senior graphic designer interested in collaborating with others to craft authentic brand experiences that resonate.
I have many years of experience working in a large, diverse, deadline-driven, corporate in-house creative department. It was an excellent opportunity to work closely with talented creative professionals and learn all aspects of the design process on various brands and projects. This included designing packaging, point-of-purchase displays, and marketing materials for Clorox's many CPG brands, including Hidden Valley, Soy Vay, Kingsford, K.C. Masterpiece, Burt's Bees, Brita, Clorox Disinfecting Wipes, Professional Products Division, Fresh Step and Glad.
I participated with teams that developed multiple directions of strategic, on-brand design concepts. I used my skills on jobs that required interpretation and finesse, creating sub-brands or line extensions based on an existing architecture. I am organized, proactive, and focused on what is needed to achieve the best work within the project parameters. I value communication, collaboration, and vision. I have seen how these can lead to a smooth process and great results. I enjoyed working as the lead designer on the Burt’s Bees Holiday gifting packaging and campaigns for five years. I have an affinity for food-related packaging and graphics and crafted packaging and brochures for Hidden Valley Ranch and Soy Vay.
I have an ongoing enthusiasm for design and the arts. I stay inspired and enjoy trend research while working on increasing my skills and trying new design challenges. Currently, I am focusing on digital design best practices and Figma. I am following my passion for creating decorative pattern taking a class and talking to people in the field to learn how to start my creative side project.
I am a San Francisco Bay Area local. I find endless inspiration for fueling my creative spirit by engaging with art, design, music, film, pop culture, and travel (including many trips to the U.K.).
I'm looking for a new position with an innovative design team where I can use my creativity and skills to contribute and grow, working with great people on projects I believe in.
